Danny Ross (co-owner/stylist)
Early in his career, Danny found himself traveling the world – from San Francisco to Toronto to London – learning from the likes of renowned stylists such as in Yosh Toya and Peter Geropoulos.
His work has been featured in After Five Magazine, Cleveland Magazine, The Morning Exchange and the Spring Fashion Show in Toronto. His exposure hit fever pitch, when on the cover of a 1980 edition of Rolling Stone, Pat Benatar unveiled her new hairstyle --- created by none other, than Danny himself.
Bringing his career full-circle, Danny returned home in 1981 to Joey and Tano’s as artistic director and founder of the salon’s first in-house education program. All his hard work came to fruition in 1985 with the grand opening of his own shop, Danny’s the Hair Salon.
He has been a member of the Canadian Guild of Hair Design since 1988 and received the Master of the Craft award from the Art & Fashion Group in 1994.
Dolores Ross (co-owner/stylist/education director) At Danny's since 1985
Over the past 31 years Dolores Ross has had the privilege of working with some well-known celebrities. Neil Giraldo, lead guitarist and husband of Pat Benator, rocked out on the cover of the October 1980 issue of Rolling Stone with a style done by Danny’s the Hair Salon’s very own Dolores Ross. Before rubbing elbows with rock stars, Dolores got her start by first training with Gino Madaglia of Gino’s Hair Salon right here in Cleveland. She also has had the opportunity to work with the likes of Ron Lee of Vidal Sassoon, Philip Mason and the Jaques Dessange School, traveling from London to San Francisco, perfecting her craft.
When Dolores takes to the runway, she does it for a cause. She has styled models for Salons Care Benefit for Aids and “Cut-a-thon” benefiting Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. With over 30 years of expertise, Dolores heads up the education program at Danny’s the Hair Salon, training future stylists in the art of hairdressing.

Jeannine Bonsignore (manager/head receptionist/customer service) At Danny's since 1987
Jeannine has been welcoming clients to Danny’s the Hair Salon for over 20 years. Jeannine goal is to make sure that every visit to Danny’s is a delight for you.
Donald Cika (stylist) At Danny's since 1989
Donald has salon training all across America --from New York to Chicago to Santa Monica. And he has worked with many accomplished stylists along the way. Today, Donald calls Danny’s the Hair Salon home. And we’re delighted to have his passion and talents with us today.
Theresa Lukaszek (colorist/stylist) At Danny's since 1994
Theresa is a master in the art of creative color and cutting, and prides herself on creating a look that is easy for her clients to style and maintain. She is also skilled at updos and is an educator for Danny’s the Hair Salon, where she teaches modern styles and the latest techniques.
Michele Owen (colorist/stylist) At Danny's since 1994
The Morning Exchange, May Company, Higbee’s and Kilgore Trout all have featured make-up and hairstyles created by Michele. She mastered her craft by training at Vidal Sassoon, Goldwell, Redken and Paul Mitchell, and also had the opportunity to work for Hair Color USA in Miami, Florida.
Carmen Falsone (colorist/stylist) At Danny's since 1997
With 27 years experience as colorist and stylist, Carmen is a master in all aspects of hairdressing and prides herself in being able to understand the needs for each of her clients.
Ashley Barile (colorist/stylist) At Danny's since 2007After graduating from the prestigious Paul Mitchell Academy, Ashley successfully completed the Apprentice Program at Danny's.
Her credits include working with superstylist, Nick Arrojo, from TV's "What Not to Wear" for Wella Hair Care and the Paul Mitchell International Artistic Team in Chicago at the American Beauty Classic. Ashley has also assisted our own Edwin Fontanez at hair shows and a New York City photo shoot for In Salon Magazine.
She is talented in all facets of hairdressing and would love to create a "brand new you".
Holly Hoffland (colorist/stylist) At Danny's since 2008
Holly is a hardworking and dedicated person who is always striving to grow from her experiences both in and out of the salon.
A Paul Mitchell school graduate, she won several honors including the prestigious “Visionary of the Year” and “Beacon” awards.
She is one of our most innovative team members and is very creative in her work with cutting and coloring and her own unique personal style. Holly is excited to share her vision and create a brand new look for you.
Holly also specializes in keratin treatments and fusion extensions.
Micki Hejduk: (colorist/stylist)
Micki joined us when she moved here from Colorado in 2009. As one of the newest members of the team she hopes to bring her own creative energy to a salon already filled with inspired professionals. She enjoys making people feel good by determining the look that fits them best.
Micki is certified in both keratin treatments and fusion extentions.
